The Comedy Bothy – along with other Highland Comedy associates – operate on a zero tolerance policy towards overtly racist/sexist/homophobic/transphobic or ableist material from comics booked on our shows.
We advocate for an inclusive and safe comedy scene for our audience and performers during our live shows and workshops: a standard already set by established Scottish comedy venues such as The Stand.
Comedy is for everyone and nobody should be made to feel unwelcome, or victimised.
